On March 19, 2008, Marilyn Adams, a tireless advocate of safety on family farms, received the Grand Award of a $100,000 charitable contribution and a new Volvo every three years at the 6th Annual Volvo for life Awards. Honored at a gala awards ceremony in New York City at the landmark Cipriani 42nd Street, Adams joined the program’s three other top heroes recognized for their outstanding work to make the world a better place.
